Mid-Week Mini Breather – Breathe Deep, Relax Fully 🌿

Step away from the mid-week rush and into a space of calm, clarity, and deep relaxation. This 60-minute guided session blends Light, Slow, Deep (LSD) breathwork with mindfulness, helping to:

✨ Calm the nervous system & reduce stress
✨ Improve sleep quality & mental clarity
✨ Regulate breathing for better energy & relaxation
✨ Support overall well-being with gentle breathwork & meditation

🌬️ Using a combination of LSD breathing & Buteyko techniques, this session is designed to slow the breath, quiet the mind, and bring the body into balance.
