Mid-Week Mini Breather – Breath into relaxation 🌿

Step away from the mid-week rush and into a space of calm, clarity, and deep relaxation. This 60-minute guided session blends Light, Slow, Deep (LSD) breathing with mindfulness and optional hammocks, helping to:

Calm the nervous system & reduce stress
Improve sleep quality & mental clarity
Regulate breathing for better energy & relaxation
Support overall well-being with gentle breath-work & meditation

🌬️ Using a LSD breathing technique based on Oxygen Advantage/Butekyo breathing methods, this session is designed to lighten, slow and deepen the breath, quiet the mind, and bring the body into balance. Ready for a great nights sleep!

📍 When? Every Wednesday at 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM
📍 Where? Body Breath & Mind Studio
💰 Investment:

  • Drop-in: £12 per session
  • Commit to 4 weeks for just £40 (£10 per session – save £8!)
