A private, purpose built fitness and breathing space in Stockport, fully equipped for strength training, with access to an outdoor garden wood fired sauna tent, fire-pit and ice baths. Also equipped for hammock breath-work/meditations
The space hosts small group public or private in-person experiences, combining functional breathing, fitness, breath-work, meditation, ice-bath, sauna, cacao and fire-pit. It is equipped for hammock meditations. Join one of our public sessions via our booking calendar or book exclusively and build your own session. Great for sharing with a friend or two or a date night with a difference.
