DESCRIPTION:Join this session if you are looking to “Find Your Calm”. A session combines mindful movement\, calming breath-work and meditation and sauna. Through gentle exercises\, breath awareness\, and relaxation techniques\, you’ll reduce stress\, improve flexibility\, and restore balance to your body\, breath and mind.  This experience can be booked as a private experience\, perfect for a date night with a difference or to connect with friends.  Group size is limited to 4 participants. \nSession Details\nThe “Find Your Calm” session is a holistic experience designed to help you reconnect with your body and mind through breathwork\, mindful movement\, and relaxation practices. \nWe begin with a short introduction to everyday breathing\, where you’ll learn how breathing techniques can support your overall well-being. \nThis is followed by ‘mindful movement’ exercises—gentle yet challenging movements suitable for all levels.
