Through gentle exercises\, breath awareness\, and relaxation techniques\, you’ll reduce stress\, improve flexibility\, and restore balance to your body\, breath and mind. \nSession Details\nThe “Find Your Calm” session is a holistic experience designed to help you reconnect with your body and mind through breathwork\, mindful movement\, and relaxation practices. \nWe start with ‘mindful movement’ exercises\, simple movements suitable for all levels.
