DESCRIPTION:Outdoor Sauna & Cold Plunge | Evening Sessions \nFireside Sauna Sessions run on Saturday late afternoon/evenings throughout January\, at the Winter Wellness Pop-Up at Hawk Green Cricket Club. \nThese are relaxed\, fire-lit evening sauna sessions designed to help you unwind\, for active recovery and socialising. Sessions are simple and unhurried\, with access to the outdoor sauna tents\, chill-out area and cold plunge\, focusing on heat\, cold and your breath\, no spa pretence. \nAll sessions take place outdoors in the pop-up sauna tents\, with supervised cold plunges available during each session.
