DESCRIPTION:Join this session if you are looking to “Find Your Calm”. A session suitable for everyone\, that combines mindful movement\, calming breath-work and meditation and gentle sauna. Through gentle exercises\, breath awareness\, and relaxation techniques\, you’ll reduce stress\, improve flexibility\, and restore balance to your body\, breath and mind. \nSession Details\nThe “Find Your Calm” session is a holistic experience designed to help you reconnect with your body and mind through breathwork\, mindful movement\, and relaxation practices. \nWe start with ‘mindful movement’ exercises\, gentle yet challenging movements suitable for all levels. These exercises aim to enhance your mobility\, flexibility\, balance\, and strength\, while fostering breath awareness and calming the nervous system. \nWith a deep focus on creating good breathing habits and presence\, you’ll find a sense of peace in your body and mind. \nWe will then transition into a calming breathwork session\, helping you reach a deeper state of relaxation.  Followed by herbal tea and conversation. \nThe session concludes with an optional visit to the pop-up sauna set at a gentle heat\, where you’ll have the option to participate in a cold plunge (if suitable medically) midway through the sauna session\, adding an invigorating element to your experience. \nIf less than 4 people the session will take place at the Body Breath & Mind Studio\, more than four will be at the wellness pop up at Hawk Green cricket club.  Both venues are made for relaxation with access to outdoor space and sauna/cold plunges. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nBenefits of Joining\n\n\nA unique wellness experience: A combination of breathwork\, mindful movement\, and temperature therapy for complete rejuvenation of body and mind.\nEnhanced breath awareness: Learn to use your breath to reduce stress and promote calm.\nImproved mobility and flexibility: Gentle movement exercises tailored for all levels to enhance physical well-being.\nStronger balance and strength: Focused mindful movement to build functional strength and stability.\nReduced stress and anxiety: Calming breathwork techniques to help soothe your nervous system.Book Your Spot\n\nPricing  \n\n£20 per person.  (Please note this session will take place at the Body Breath & Mind Stuido if 3 participants or less or in the bell tent tat the Wellness Pop Up if more.\n\nBook Your Spot\nRequest to book via the calendar below.
