DESCRIPTION:An Evening Reset\nStep out of your busy head and back into your body with this deeply calming evening experience.  A collaboration with breath & Recovery coach Chelsie White and Kate Kearns\, a skilled sound bath practitioner from Yoga Aura\, this 3-hour session combines\, breathing\, sound and sauna for the ultimate in relaxation. \nHeld at the Body Breath & Mind Pop Up\, the breathwork and sound bath is a back to nature experience and takes place in the heated bell tent\, with time around the firepit and in the outdoor sauna tents under the stars. \nWe begin with guided breathwork to release tension and settle your nervous system\, before moving into a soothing sound bath that supports deep rest and mental clarity.
