DESCRIPTION:A recovery nights out experience combining sound baths with sauna and cold plunge.  A collaboration with Geraldine\, a sound healing practitioner from GM Sound Holistics. \nEnjoy a relaxing sound bath in the Bell tent\, surrounded by candle light.  Allow yourself to lie back\, relax into the soothing vibrations of the crystal singing bowls \, chimes \, ocean drum\, rain stick and shamanic drum. \nThen experience outdoor contrast therapy.  Spend some time in the outdoor sauna tents around the fireside\, under the stars (weather permitting) with optional cold plunges of various temperatures – all breath-guided and supervised. \nINVESTMENT\n£28 – limited spaces \nBOOKING\nUse the booking calendar below to choose your time and session type and request a booking or Whatsapp message Chelsie on 07747462429.  If your preferred time isn’t available please whatsapp and we can see what we can do.
