DESCRIPTION:Bank holiday Monday late afternoon/early evening sauna and cold plunge sessions.\nA supervised bitesize contrast therapy session (sauna and cold plunge) outside in nature\, with a firepit and space to sit and relax.\nThese sessions have breath-led cold plunge instruction so are suitable for inexperienced cold plungers as well as those who are regular.\nSESSION OPTIONS & PRICING\nSauna + Supervised Cold Plunge – 30 minutes \nSession times: \n\n17:00 – taster half hour sauna and cold plunge – £7.50 per person\n17:30 – taster half hour sauna and cold plunge – £7.50 per person\n\nA heat cycle followed by a safe\, guided cold plunge with breath cueing. Herbal teas\, outside seating\, campfire (later session). \n\nPrivate Individual Sauna Daytime Rate £70 (for whole space private hire please Whatsapp Chelsie on 07747462429)\n\nLOCATION\nSaunas With a View at Hawk Green Cricket Club\, Marple.
