Fireside Sauna Sessions run on Saturday late afternoon/evenings, at the Winter Wellness Pop-Up at Hawk Green Cricket Club.

These are relaxed, fire-lit evening sauna sessions designed to help you unwind, for active recovery and socialising. Sessions are simple and unhurried, with access to the outdoor sauna tents, chill-out area and cold plunge, focusing on heat, cold and your breath, no spa pretence.

All sessions take place outdoors in the pop-up sauna tents, with supervised cold plunges available during each session. The fire stays lit throughout the evening, creating a calm, social atmosphere without formal facilitation and the bell tent will also be open for you to relax in.

Please arrive 10 minutes early and bring a towel, water and warm layers.

Outdoor sauna session with access to the chill-out area and supervised cold plunge.

Pricing

• £20 per person public session.

Important Notes

• These are evening sauna sessions, not guided breathwork or movement classes

• Cold plunge is always optional

• Session spaces are limited by sauna capacity

• Advance booking is recommended
