Early Morning Outdoor Circuits & Contrast – Fridays

Outdoor Sauna with a View wake-up sessions  at the Wellness Pop-Up, Hawk Green Cricket Club.

Simple outdoor circuits followed by Wood-fired sauna with access to cold plunge. Straightforward, all-weather outdoor recovery with no spa pretence.

All sessions take place outside and in the outdoor sauna tents with access to the chill-out area and cold camping showers.  Please arrive 10 minutes early and bring a towel, water and warm layers.

This is a session with unsupervised breath-led cold plunging, so is not suitable for inexperienced cold plungers
