Private Daytime Relaxation Sessions – Time to Suit You.

These 90-minute private sessions take place in the Body Breath & Mind Studio, Hawk Green, Marple.  They combine movement, breathwork, and recovery practices including contrast therapy (sauna and cold plunge) and guided relaxation. Designed to support physical and mental recovery, calm the nervous system, and improve breathing habits, each session offers a different focus depending on your needs.

Option 1: Move, Breathe, Relax (Original)

A gentle wellness session just for you.
No stress, no pressure, just space to move, breathe, and relax in your own rhythm.

What’s Included:

  • Gentle functional movement to reset the body
  • Breathwork and meditations for calm and clarity or to energise and cleanse
  • Optional: hammock meditation
  • Private garden sauna access if required
  • Herbal tea & time to integrate

 

Price: £60 weekday  / £85 Friday or Saturday Evening
Perfect for: anyone needing calm, nervous system reset, and time out.

Option 2: Breathe & Restore

A structured version of the MBR session. Includes guided breathwork and a light functional breathing assessment (BOLT, Nijmegen), followed by tailored recovery. You’ll leave with a better understanding of how your breathing may be affecting your sleep, energy, and stress levels, and clear next steps if you want to go deeper.

Whats Included:

  • Functional movement or mobility-based warm-up
  • Breath training for focus, performance, and CO₂ tolerance
  • Private access to sauna and cold plunge
  • Guided recovery techniques to calm the nervous system
  • Breath-led cooldown or post-session reset
  • Optional lifestyle and training recovery discussion (if relevant)

Price: £60 weekday  / £85 Friday or Saturday Evening

Perfect for: those curious about breathing coaching or struggling with snoring, sleep, breathlessness or fatigue.

Option 3: Men’s Active Recovery Session

Built for men who train hard, live fast, or struggle to slow down. This session combines mobility-based movement, performance-focused breath training, contrast therapy (sauna + cold), and guided parasympathetic recovery.
