Scheduled Contrast Session Price
Single spaces at scheduled sessions are priced at £15 for week days, £17 weekends daytime, £20 weekend evenings.
This includes one hour contrast therapy, alternating between hot and cold with various cold plunge temperatures, herbal tea, use of the outside chill-out area and firepit (weather permitting). View scheduled session calendar.
Private Hire & Group Sessions
You can also create your own private wellness experience in our outdoor recovery space at the Saunas with a View at our Wellness Pop Up in Hawk Green, Marple.
Perfect for birthdays, small groups, sober hen or stag dos, team resets, couples, friends, private celebrations, wellness mornings, men’s recovery sessions, or an alternative sober night out.
Sessions can include sauna, cold plunge, breathwork, functional breathing, movement, firepit time, clay masks, seasonal rituals, herbal teas, cacao, or a more structured workshop depending on what you want from the experience.
