Fireside Sauna Session for the bank holiday, at the Recovery Nights Out Pop Up Saunas with a View, at Hawk Green Cricket Club.

These are relaxed, fire-lit (conditions permitting) evening sauna sessions designed to help you unwind, for active recovery and socialising. Sessions are simple and unhurried, with access to the outdoor sauna tents, chill-out area and cold plunge, focusing on heat, cold and your breath, no spa pretence.

All sessions take place outdoors in the pop-up sauna tents, with supervised cold plunges available during each session. The fire stays lit throughout the evening, creating a calm, social atmosphere without formal facilitation and the bell tent will also be open for you to relax in.

Please arrive 10 minutes early and bring a towel, water and warm layers.
