Early Morning Weekday Sauna+Cold Plunge – Mondays

Outdoor Sauna with a View early morning sessions at the Wellness Pop-Up, Hawk Green Cricket Club.

Wood-fired sauna with access to cold plunge. Straightforward, all-weather outdoor recovery with no spa pretence.

All sessions take place in the outdoor sauna tents with access to the chill-out area and cold camping showers.  Please arrive 10 minutes early and bring a towel, water and warm layers.

SESSION OPTIONS & PRICING

Sauna + Cold Plunge – 60 minutes

Although this session is supervised there will be no specific breath-cueing for the cold plunges, it is therefore only suitable for experienced cold plungers.

Heat cycles followed by optional cold plunge or time outside
