Summary

Breath led supervised contrast therapy session followed by candle-lit dancing to house music around the fire-pit.  The ultimate feel-good sober socialising experience for a Saturday evening.

This is an all weather session taking place outdoors in the pop-up sauna tents, with supervised cold plunges and access to the bell tent.

Please arrive 10 minutes early and bring a towel, water and warm layers.
