It's not about living the longest life....

but maximizing every minute of the one you’ve got. Women are not just smaller men when it comes to health, they need different approaches.  Utilising the latest female-focused research and thinking, I coach and mentor women to make small changes and discover the tools and power within them that will help them feel fitter, stronger, confident and happy. Busting bullshit beliefs about limitations, health and aging, to regulate their nervous systems and live their best lives.
