Join this session if you are looking to “Find Your Calm”. A session combines mindful movement, calming breath-work and meditation and sauna. Through gentle exercises, breath awareness, and relaxation techniques, you’ll reduce stress, improve flexibility, and restore balance to your body, breath and mind. This experience can be booked as a private experience, perfect for a date night with a difference or to connect with friends. Group size is limited to 4 participants.
Session Details
The “Find Your Calm” session is a holistic experience designed to help you reconnect with your body and mind through breathwork, mindful movement, and relaxation practices.
We begin with a short introduction to everyday breathing, where you’ll learn how breathing techniques can support your overall well-being.
This is followed by ‘mindful movement’ exercises—gentle yet challenging movements suitable for all levels. These exercises aim to enhance your mobility, flexibility, balance, and strength, while fostering breath awareness and calming the nervous system.
With a deep focus on creating good breathing habits and presence, you’ll find a sense of peace in your body and mind.
We will then transition into a calming breathwork session, helping you reach a deeper state of relaxation.
The session concludes with a visit to our garden pop-up sauna, where you’ll have the option to participate in an ice bath midway through the sauna session, adding an invigorating element to your experience.

- £25 per person public session. (Please note this session needs a minimum of 3 participants to go ahead, if there there is less than 3 you will get the opportunity to book at the full private session price or a cancellation)
- £80 private session cost.*
