Meditation and breathwork based on ancient pranayama techniques can also be utilised depending on your goals.

- Each session is tailored to you with the aim of improving your breathing across the 6 weeks
- You’ll also have access to the Fitbreath app for tasks, reflections, and daily breathing habits
- In-person sessions can include optional sauna, cold plunge, and hammock relaxation the Body Breath & Mind Studio’s private mini spa space — a powerful way to integrate breathing with nervous system recovery.
