Bedtime Breather – Relax into Rest

Unwind your body, calm your mind, and prepare for a restful night’s sleep.

This 45-minute guided session blends Light, Slow, Deep (LSD) breathing with mindfulness and optional hammocks, helping you gently shift into a deep state of relaxation — pyjamas welcome!

Using gentle techniques based on Oxygen Advantage / Buteyko methods, this session helps reset your breathing patterns, soften stress, and prepare your body for deep, restorative sleep.

💰 Investment:

  • Drop-in: £12 per session
  • Commit to 4 weeks for just £40 (£10 per session – save £8!)

Small group session — max 6 spaces available! (3 hammock spaces – first come, first served)

**Class needs a minimum of 3 people to run. If numbers not are met you will have the option of switching to a private session at £40 per group or cancellation.
