Sauna + Cold Plunge – 60 minutes
This is a session for experienced cold plungers, there will be no breath-led cueing. If you are new to cold plunging please book one of our supervised sessions.

LOCATION
The Wellness Pop Up at Hawk Green Cricket Club, Marple. On rare occasions you may be offered a private session at the Body Breath & Mind Studio.
