Bank Holiday Sauna + Cold Plunge

Evening sauna and cold plunge session. We can’t guarantee the sunset but we can provide a supervised contrast therapy session (sauna and cold plunge) outside in nature, with a firepit. These sessions have breath-led cold plunge instruction so are suitable for inexperienced cold plungers as well as those who are regular.

Sauna + Supervised Cold Plunge – 60 minutes
Session times: 17:30 & 19:00
A heat cycle followed by a safe, guided cold plunge with breath cueing.

Saunas With a View at Hawk Green Cricket Club, Marple. On rare occasions you may be offered a private session at the Body Breath & Mind Studio.
