Wood-fired sauna with access to cold plunge. Straightforward, all-weather outdoor recovery with no spa pretence.
All sessions take place in the outdoor sauna tents with access to the chill-out area and cold camping showers. Please arrive 10 minutes early and bring a towel, water and warm layers.

This is a session with supervised breath-led cold plunging, so is suitable for both experienced or inexperienced cold plungers
