Community – Giving Back

On a mission to help as many people as possible discover the strength within them. To listen to their bodies, harness the power of the breath and gain respite from the overthinking mind.

Free Sessions for Community Groups

Each month we have time to provide  one free community session for up to 3 hours.   Working with partners and collaborators we can offer fitness, breathing, wellbeing, nature-based, or healing education, workshops, sessions and/or activities. Whether you work with a grass roots sports club, in an elderly care home or any other group that may benefit, please contact us to enquire about availability.  We are happy to consider donating time to other wellbeing charity events or initiatives. **Conditions apply**
