Bank Holiday Sauna + Cold Plunge Tasters

Bank holiday Monday late afternoon/early evening sauna and cold plunge sessions.
A supervised bitesize contrast therapy session (sauna and cold plunge) outside in nature, with a firepit and space to sit and relax.
These sessions have breath-led cold plunge instruction so are suitable for inexperienced cold plungers as well as those who are regular.
SESSION OPTIONS & PRICING
Sauna + Supervised Cold Plunge – 30 minutes
Session times:
- 17:00 – taster half hour sauna and cold plunge – £7.50 per person
- 17:30 – taster half hour sauna and cold plunge – £7.50 per person
A heat cycle followed by a safe, guided cold plunge with breath cueing. Herbal teas, outside seating, campfire (later session).

LOCATION
Saunas With a View at Hawk Green Cricket Club, Marple. On rare occasions you may be offered a private session at the Body Breath & Mind Studio.
