Whether a runner, Hyrox competitor or hybrid athlete, this combined workshop and contrast recovery session is focused on helping you improve your run efficiency with less effort
Held at the Winter Wellness Pop-Up a unique outdoor venue with access to wood-fired sauna tents and cold plunges, this is an active & relaxing (Learn-Do-Be) small-group session delivered by Recovery & Breath Coach Chelsie White, in collaboration with experienced Running Coach / PT, Josh Fear of Fearless Training.
This small-group VIP workshop strips performance back to the true foundations: Posture. Breathing. Recovery. You will receive guidance through practical, evidence-informed techniques to improve how you move, breathe, and recover.
Most runners are given endless tips on cadence, foot strike and training plans, but if posture and breathing are not right, performance will always be limited. Move beyond conflicting advice by learning and practising these simple foundations, that build efficient running form.
The session includes:

- Real-time feedback on your own running mechanics
- A guided recovery session using breath, sauna and ice baths
