Wednesday Recovery (Sauna + Cold Plunge)

Outdoor Sauna with a View Wednesday Recovery sessions run every Wednesday at the Wellness Pop-Up, Hawk Green Cricket Club.

For the serious recovery crowd, sauna with access to cold plunge. Straightforward, all-weather outdoor recovery with no spa pretence.

All sessions take place in the outdoor sauna tents with access to the chill-out area and cold camping showers.  Please arrive 10 minutes early and bring a towel, water and warm layers.

Sauna + UnSupervised Cold Plunge – 60 minutes

A heat cycle followed by a safe, guided cold plunge with breath cueing.
