Sauna Sundays Mini Tasters

As a special launch promotion we are offering a limited amount of Sauna Sundays Mini Taster sessions. These are half hour versions of our Outdoor Sauna with a View sessions that run every Sunday at the Winter Wellness Pop-Up, Hawk Green Cricket Club.
These will be run at 9am and 9:30 am at the Pop up. Choose from a simple heat-only sauna session for £5 or a full contrast sessions in our pop up saunas, with a supervised cold plunge, focused on your breath for £7.50.
