Duration: 45–60 minutes (plus time for optional add-ons)

Start your day with intention.
Join us for an energising blend of breathwork and mindful movement designed to awaken your body, calm your mind, and set the tone for a more focused, grounded day.

What’s included:

Optional add-on:

  • Private garden sauna and ice bath experience (limited spots  & minimum numbers – pre-book required)

Investment 

  • Drop-in: £12 per session
  • Commitment discount (covers both Wake up Wednesdays & Tuesdays Bedtime Breather) 4 sessions for just £40 (£10 per session – save £8!)  or 8 Sessions for £64
  • Small group session – max 6 spaces available!
  • Minimum attendees required is 3, if you book and the minimum attendees requirement is not met then you will be given a choice of a refund or converting to a private session for £35.
