Whether you’re approaching perimenopause or already navigating post-menopause changes, this event is designed to help you feel calmer, stronger, and more in control.

This is a social night out with a difference, a cross between a mini retreat and a workshop. Great food, connection, laughter, breath-work, contrast therapy (sauna and cold plunges) and practical info about stress, how it hits women harder in midlife, and what you can do about it.
