Sauna + Cold Plunge – 60 minutes
This is a session suitable for both experienced and inexperienced cold plungers, there will be breath-led cueing and supervision.

LOCATION
The Wellness Pop Up at Hawk Green Cricket Club, Marple. On rare occasions you may be offered a private session at the Body Breath & Mind Studio.
