Spring Awakening: The Journey inside- Cacao, Breathwork, Sauna

Cleansing and renewal with cacao ceremony and breathwork journey combined with sauna and cold plunge.

Offering a unique opportunity to connect with yourself and nature outside in the heated bell tent. This 3-hour immersive session combines a cacao ceremony, warm up movement, followed by an immersive cacao and breath-work journey, with noise cancelling headphones – designed to allow you to break through layers into stillness.  Followed by sauna and optional cold plunge, with cleansing spring sauna rituals.
Journalling, herbal tea or hot drinks and closing ceremony around the firepit.  You will then be free to go into the sauna with optional cold plunge for a contrast therapy session before you go home.
*Please note, this is a longer breathwork journey which starts with stronger breathing and which may not suitable for people with certain medical conditions. Please contact me if you have any questions before booking.
