Sauna Sundays

Outdoor Sauna with a View sessions run every Sunday at the Winter Wellness Pop-Up, Hawk Green Cricket Club.

Choose from simple heat-only sauna sessions or full contrast sessions in our pop up saunas, with a supervised cold plunge, focused on your breath. Straightforward, all-weather outdoor recovery with no spa pretence.

All sessions take place in the outdoor sauna tents with access to the chill-out area and cold camping showers.  Cold plunge sessions will feature fully supervised cold plunges, alternating with time in the sauna for beneficial contrast therapy. Please arrive 10 minutes early and bring a towel, water and warm layers.

A heat cycle followed by a safe, guided cold plunge with breath cueing.
