From our base at Hawk Green Cricket club, Marple or “on tour” with our mobile set-up, we create pop up recovery sessions and experiences designed to get people outdoors, sober socialising and experiencing natural highs to help them connect with themselves, nature and others. Choose from simple sauna + cold plunge sessions or the full experience with either functional breathing or breathwork + movement.

Saunas with a View
Outdoors in all weather, communal contrast therapy sessions. Perfect for outdoorsy fitness people or runners who take their recovery seriously. Buy a single space, rent a sauna or two for group sessions. Outdoor camping showers and rudimentary changing facilities, this is contrast therapy, with wood fired traditional saunas, in a natural setting, for those who want to ground and connect.
Regular sessions available every Sunday and Wednesday evening. With monthly fireside evening sessions. At the Saunas with a View hawk Green Cricket Club, Marple.
