My Introduction to Functional Breathing Coaching Program is designed to help you breathe better, feel better, and perform better—whether you’re a beginner looking to enhance your daily life or an athlete seeking to optimise breathing to enhance performance.

Delivered in either workshop format or as a 6 week modular course; either in person at the Body Breath & Mind Studio in Marple or as a live, interactive online course; the program will teach you simple yet powerful techniques to transform the way you breathe, improve your physical and mental health, and build lasting breathing habits that support long-term wellness.

  • Live Weekly Sessions: Join six engaging, interactive online or in person sessions guided by Chelsie White an Oxygen Advantage certified functional breathing instructor, breath-work and fitness specialist.
  • Guided Breathing Exercises: Learn and practice evidence-based techniques in real-time with expert guidance.
  • Personal Support: Small group sizes (up to 10 participants online & 4-6 participants in-person) ensure you receive personal attention and feedback throughout the course.
  • Daily Practice Assignments: Reinforce what you’ve learned with simple, practical exercises to do at home.
  • Progress Tracking: Monitor your improvements with tools like BOLT and MBT testing, helping you see tangible results.
