A seasonal wellbeing series rooted in winter elements – outdoor sauna, cold plunge, breathwork and recovery sessions designed to help you reset, restore and feel alive in winter. 

Running during January and February. Activities range from weekly saunas to immersive evenings and one-off workshops.

Winter recovery and wellbeing - outdoors in the elements...

This winter, Hawk Green Cricket Club and Recovery Nights Out, from Body Breath & Mind, team up to bring a New Year Wellness drive with a difference. A community sauna and wellbeing pop-up is coming to Marple. The ground with the legendary sunsets, becomes home to a raw outdoor recovery space built for real life, not perfection.

No fluffy white robes.
No spa lighting.
No curated “wellness aesthetic.”

Just the basic things we need to elevate our winter wellness: heat, cold, breath, movement, nature and firelight, layered together in a all-elements outdoor environment to help you reset, recover, and feel alive.

Whether you’re training hard and wanting to rest harder, recovering from December, doing Dry January, dealing with midlife stress, or simply needing time for yourself, the Winter Warmer Pop-Up is your winter home for recovery.

You might have seen the social media footage of the Bell Tent blowing down in the freak hailstorm already, dont worry it is back up and much much more secure this time. However that is part of of the experience we are creating:

You’ll feel the cold air after heat.
You’ll step into the ice bath under open sky.
You’ll hear the wind and rain while the wood burner glows in the bell tent.
You’ll warm your hands by real firelight.

And you might get battered by the wind and rain doing so (or hopefully a little bit of snowfall – but who knows)

This isn’t about avoiding winter it’s about using it, connecting to nature and possibly getting out of your comfort zone.

If you want something perfect or curated, this isn’t it.
If you want something a bit muddy and raw, this is your place.

Because winter health isn’t built indoors.
It’s built by getting outside, breathing real air, feeling natural temperature, and reconnecting with the nature you are part of.

Heat, cold, breath and nature regulate your nervous system in ways indoor environments simply can’t.

This pop-up exists to bring people back outside, away from pressure, noise, and perfection, into a recovery space that feels honest and human.
