Sunset Sauna and cold plunge session at Sunset. We can't guarantee the sunset but we can provide a supervised contrast therapy session (sauna and cold plunge) outside in nature. This session has breath-led cold plunge instruction so is suitable for inexperienced cold plungers as well as those who are regular.
